Happiness is just a few Christian gratitude journal prompts away.

According to Harvard Health, practicing gratitude has shown to improve your health, build strong relationships and helps you feel more positive emotions.

Practicing gratitude can be as simple as saying “thank you” to someone who opened the door for you or keeping a gratitude journal to help you express your emotions.

Gratitude journals have become popular in recent years. They are different from diaries or normal journals because instead of focusing on your daily thoughts, you write about what you are thankful for whether big or small.

The following Christian gratitude journal prompts combine thankfulness with the blessings of God. If you need a new journal, visit the Spirit and Sparkle store for many inspiring journal designs.
